How do I return my product?

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.

* We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

* We do not accept returns for boxer shorts due to hygiene concerns.

* We are retreating refund policy on notebooks. Thank you for loving them 🙂

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

How will I get my refund ?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.

NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.

Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

What is the Shipping Philosophy of Mijoons?

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 4-8 working days, and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, Mijoons.com provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.50 on all Cash on Delivery orders. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us on [email protected]


RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
  2. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at [email protected]and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account.
  3. The product amount will be credited back either into your bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done. 
  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOTapplicable .
  5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on [email protected]with your Order ID mentioned.
  6. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the discount coupon we give you in Mijoons account to place the order for the new product.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Can I cancel my Order?

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

 

Can I cancel my Cancellation Request?

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.

Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days.
